Connect to a technician: Once a ticket is open one of our friendly support engineers will work with you to understand the problem(s) that you are having. Once the technician has a solid understanding of the problem he will ask for permission to securly connect to your computer to begin troubleshooting. At anytime during this session you remain in control of your computer and have the ability to end the connection. Once the technician has resolved your problem the connection will be permanently disconnected.
