Helpdesk60 is a service designed to provide Corptek’s managed IT clients, on demand remote support when they need it the most.  During normal business hours we provide our clients the ability to get on demand support within 60 seconds or less.  This eliminates the need to leave a voicemail or email which could take hours or days to for a response and many times longer for a resolution.  With almost an 80% remote resolution rate we can handle most issues quickly and efficiently.  In the event the problem cannot be resolved remotely we will schedule a time for an onsite technician.
Helpdesk hours are 8am to 5pm • Monday through Friday
